Welcome to PRACE 2IP & 3IP WP3&4 face-to-face meeting in Helsinki.
Meeting will be held in hotel Helka. Please reserve a hotel room by email reservations@helka.fi (or tel. +358 9 613 580) by February 13, 2013 at the latest. Room price is 117 €/single room/one night. Please mention code CSC 271516.
Timetable is tentative. NB: Before the meeting, there will be a half-day training (Wednesday 6 March, 9 am to 2 pm) on using social media tools for dissemination and outreach. The actual face to face meeting will start at 2 pm.
Registration fee for this meeting is 120 € (includes coffees, lunches and a dinner). It will be invoiced after the meeting.
