Description

From MPI and Visualizations, to AI, Machine Learning and HPC in the Cloud

The Inter-University Computation Center (IUCC) in Israel is proud to host the PRACE 2021 Winter School which will feature a rich introductory workshop on how to use PRACE resources as well as trends in future software and data ecosystems for scientific discovery. The programme will divide its time between traditional supercomputer use and HPC use via the cloud.

The programme will be delivered virtually over ZOOM. The school is offered free of charge to researchers, academics and industrial users, residing in PRACE member states and eligible countries.

The school's official language is English. For the 3 day sessions, attendees are expected to use their own computers (with ssh support).

Compute resources for the hands-on sessions are being graciously provided by Weizmann Institute for Day 1 and by AWS for Days 2 & 3.

Registration Opens August 1, 2021
