We are inviting you to the PRACE-6IP All-Hands Meeting in Vienna, Austria, from 5 to 6 May 2022.
This event is a noon to noon meeting and can be attended in-person or remotely.
The All-Hands Meeting will start with a welcome lunch, followed by a welcome talk from the host and PRACE aisbl, as well as an overview of the PRACE-6IP project. After that, the project partners will discuss and plan the upcoming deliverables and milestones until the end of the project in dedicated work package sessions. Additionally, a hand-over to future projects will be addressed and discussed. The All-Hands Meeting will end with a brief report from all parallel meetings, conclusions and lunch in the afternoon of the second day.
The meeting dinner is organised on 5 May providing an excellent opportunity for informal discussions.
Please note that for this meeting NO conference fee is required, but an online registration indicating the meeting sessions you would like to attend will be necessary in order to be able to plan accordingly. In order to be able to successfully complete your online registration for this event, please upload your flight ticket (but make sure you erase your personal data, except your name) or hotel confirmation, otherwise your registration will not be valid.
The registration for in-person attendance will be open until 25 April 2022.
Please note that the current (8 April 2022) COVID rules in Vienna allow attendance of participants to this event that are vaccinated or recovered (participation only with tests is not allowed). Additionally, in the meeting rooms and when not eating/drinking, FFP2 masks are required. From 16 April 2022, there are new and relaxed COVID rules in Austria and Vienna (Vienna now adopts the Austrian rules, there are no stricter rules than in the rest of Austria any more). FFP2 masks are only mandatory on public transport, in taxis, and in essential shops (e.g., supermarkets and pharmacies). Restaurants, bars and clubs no longer require "2G/2G+" proof.
