DESCRIPTION:We are inviting you to the PRACE-6IP All-Hands Meeting in Vien
 na\, Austria\, from 5 to 6 May 2022.\n\nThis event is a noon to noon meeti
 ng and can be attended in-person or remotely.\n\nThe All-Hands Meeting wil
 l start with a welcome lunch\, followed by a welcome talk from the host an
 d PRACE aisbl\, as well as an overview of the PRACE-6IP project. After tha
 t\, the project partners will discuss and plan the upcoming deliverables a
 nd milestones until the end of the project in dedicated work package sessi
 ons. Additionally\, a hand-over to future projects will be addressed and d
 iscussed. The All-Hands Meeting will end with a brief report from all para
 llel meetings\, conclusions and lunch in the afternoon of the second day.\
 n\nThe meeting dinner is organised on 5 May providing an excellent opportu
 nity for informal discussions.\n\nPlease note that for this meeting NO con
 ference fee is required\, but an online registration indicating the meetin
 g sessions you would like to attend will be necessary in order to be able 
 to plan accordingly. In order to be able to successfully complete your onl
 ine registration for this event\, please upload your flight ticket (but ma
 ke sure you erase your personal data\, except your name) or hotel confirma
 tion\, otherwise your registration will not be valid.\n\nThe registration 
 for in-person attendance will be open until 25 April 2022.\n\nPlease note 
 that the current (8 April 2022) COVID rules in Vienna allow attendance of
  participants to this event that are vaccinated or recovered (participatio
 n only with tests is not allowed). Additionally\, in the meeting rooms and
  when not eating/drinking\, FFP2 masks are required. For additional inform
 ation\, please see TU Wien current measures for events as well as the Coro
 na regulations of the City of Vienna (German only) and an explanation how 
 long the status vaccinated or recovered is valid (German only).\n\nUpdate 
 on COVID rules (last update 16 April 2022):\n\nAt TU Wien wearing an FFP2 
 mask is strongly recommended for events and lectures until further notice.
  The mask can be removed during the consumption of food and beverages. For

 last update 29 April 2022)\n\nFrom 16 April 2022\, there are new and relax
 ed COVID rules in Austria and Vienna (Vienna now adopts the Austrian rules
 \, there are no stricter rules than in the rest of Austria any more).  
 FFP2 masks are only mandatory on public transport\, in taxis\, and in es
 sential shops (e.g.\, supermarkets and pharmacies). Restaurants\, bars and
  clubs no longer require "2G/2G+" proof. Here you can find Up-to-date Inf

 proof of vaccination/recovery OR a negative Covid test is required\, pleas
