How to get to Vienna
The most convenient ways are to fly into Vienna Airport (it will take you about 40 minutes from the airport to TUtheSky) or take the train to Vienna main station (via U1 it will take you about 20 minutes from the main railway station to TUtheSky).

I recommend the trains and there is no difference whether the train goes to Wien Mitte-Landstraße or to Wien Hbf (= Vienna main station) - I suggest to take the next train available and therefore buy a single (no return) ticket directly in the airport train station at the ticket machines.
ÖBB Railjet - to Wien Hbf - single 4.30 € (includes already the Vienna urban area)
It takes you in 15 minutes between the airport and Wien Hbf (= Vienna main station):
daily from the airport from 6.33 am to 11.03 pm, every 30 minutes
daily from Vienna Main Station from 5.42 am to 10.12 pm, every 30 minutes

From Wien Hbf you have to take underground U1 (red line, it's 2 stops in direction Kagran, no extra ticket needed) to Karlsplatz from where you can walk to TUtheSky or to the hotels on the suggested hotels map.

It takes you in 25 minutes between the airport and Wien Mitte:

It takes you non-stop in 16 minutes between the airport and Wien Mitte:
