DESCRIPTION:        \n\nThe VI-HPS Tuning Workshop is an opportunity 
 for HPC application developers and users to deploy\, test\, port and optim
 ize their codes on cutting-edge platforms provided by The Centre of Excell
 ence on Performance Optimization and Productivity 3 (POP3). This workshop 
 is a hands-on event designed to help users improve their applications with
  the support of world-class mentors.\n\nParticipants will gain access to E
 urope’s newest pre-exascale supercomputer\, MareNostrum 5\, including bo
 th general-purpose and accelerated computing resources. This course is ide
 al for those looking to:\n\n\n	\n	Tune and scale up HPC applications\n	\n	
 \n	Explore performance optimisation opportunities on cutting-edge CPU/GPU 
 hardware\n	\n	\n	Analyse execution behaviour using platform-independent op
 en-source performance tools Paraver/Extrae\, Scalasca/Score-P & MAQAO \n	\
 n	\n	Effectively leverage programming models like MPI\, OpenMP\, OpenACC\,
  CUDA and HIP \n	\n\n\nParticipants in this course will receive help based
  on their needs\, including programming models\, tools\, hardware platform
 s\, and dev-ops. Experts from POP3 will be available to provide guidance t
 hroughout the hackathon. You can participate in a team of up to 3 people (
 or exceptionally as an individual). \n\nTo foster a productive\, collabora
 tive atmosphere\, at least one member of each team must attend the worksho
