Notification of acceptance: The week after your submission. Upon acceptance, participants must confirm their attendance within the next 10 days, if not, the application will be dismissed. Note that spots are limited and we will not be able to accept more teams when capacity limit is reached, applications will be accepted based on robustness of the proposal and in order of submission.
