Insight is a specialist research dissemination agency, providing projects with a full range of communications strategies designed specifically for the research market in line with all FP7 and H2020 requirements. Insight is currently the work package leader for dissemination and exploitation within several FP7 and H2020 projects and is coordinating a project that is developing innovative communication methods for EC projects.
Insight also works on a case by level with large European programmes and research organisations, working on their promotional material, annual reports, journals, infographics, animated films and much more. Insight has been in partnership with PRACE since 2011 and has worked with Marjloein and her team on producing several bespoke publications such as, the annual report, the PRACE digest, Women in Hpc and the scientific case for supercomputing. During this period Insight has developed a great understanding of the world of HPC and the role that PRACE plays in facilitating its growth in Europe.

As the President and CEO of McMahon Consulting, Kim brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her customers. Being in HPC and high-end IT since 1999 with companies such as SGI, Cray, and LSI/NetApp in a range of roles including leading and executing the go-to-market strategy for business units, managing partner relationships, co-marketing, product management, and sales, Kim shapes the strategy and offerings for McMahon Consulting while also leading the team on project execution. Working with clients all over the world and in the multiple technologies used in HPC, HPC-like vertical markets, and high-end IT, her experience easily translates across borders helping companies bring their products to market in the US - both new products or an expansion into a new territory.
Kim is on the Executive Board of Women in HPC, where she leads the marketing and messaging of the organization, is the Communications lead for the SC17 Inclusivity Committee, manages the social media for HPC Advisory Council, and volunteers with various foundations in the Colorado area to assist with their marketing activities. Kim is a graduate of the University of Northern Colorado with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting / Business Administration.
