This meeting combines the PRACE-6IP WP3 Kick-Off meeting with the HPC SIG-MarComms Meeting (following up on the Brühl meeting from October 2018), and the PRACE Diversity meeting.

This meeting is meant for all PRACE-6IP Partners who are active in WP3 (Communication, Dissemination, Outreach & Events)
HPC SIG-MarComms Meeting - Collaboration through Communication
Under the joint flags of the EXDCI-2 project and the PRACE-6IP project, we are happy to organise a SIG-MarComms Meeting addressed to HPC dissemination and communication professionals. This event will be a working session with the aim to start and improve collaboration in the HPC ecosystem, through communication activities of HPC stakeholders.
This meeting invites to dissemination and communication experts or scientific communication professionals in the HPC sector. The number of seats is limited and therefore we request that only active communication and dissemination staff from HPC project and organisations join, preferably only one person per initiative.
PRACE Diversity Meeting
This meeting is intended for all PRACE members and partners who are actively working towards inclusivity, diversity, and equality in HPC, and for those who want to become more active on these topics. We will follow up on the outcomes of the diversity session at PRACEdays19 in Poznań, and discuss current and future activities.
