Welcome to the PRACE-6IP WP6 face2face meeting.
There is no registration fee for the event.
Meeting will be held at hotel Astoria in Bled, Slovenia and it will start around 12 o'clock with a welcome and lunch.
Accommodation
Hotel Astoria offers you rooms for 80€ for a single room per night. Price includes breakfast but it does not include the tourist tax which is 3,13€ per person per night. Just write an e-mail to: astoria@vgs-bled.si and let them know that you are booking a room to attend a PRACE event.
Flights
As you may or may not know our airline - Adria Airways is having some trouble so they are cancelling many flight. When you are booking your flight we suggest you avoid booking a flight with Adria. However other airlines are still landing in Ljubljana.
Ljubljana airport is the closest to Bled, but since Bled is in the north-west region of Slovenia you can also pick other airports, for example Ronchi (Trieste, Italy), Klagenfurt (Austria) or Zagreb (Croatia).
Transfer
To travel from the airport to Bled we suggest using GoOpti transfer. Where you select your pick-up and drop-off place and you can also choose from different time windows for when your transfer will pick you up.
The sooner you book your GoOpti transfer, the cheaper it will be.
